A: After we have had our initial contact with you, you will have an
opportunity to fill out a secure personal profile on The Grocery Guy
website home page. This allows you to be as specific or general as
you like about your shopping needs and habits.
Q: How does The Grocery Guy select the items on my list as I would?
A: We examine each piece of fruit and vegetable for freshness,
bruising, brown spots, creases and holes. When selecting cuts of meat
and seafood we look for the way it is packaged, sell by date, color
and overall appearance. Dairy products and breads are selected with
the latest expiration dates as possible.
The Grocery Guy takes special care choosing the finest product
available for you.
Q: What if an item is out of stock that I have chosen?
A: attempt will be made to ensure the item is "truly out of
stock" by checking with the store clerk or manager. In your profile
you can indicate if you would like a phone call or allow The Grocery
Guy to choose an adequate substitute for you.
Q: How do I create my shopping order?
A: The Grocery Guy website is your answer to perfect menu planning and

Q: After I place my order, can I expect same day or next day delivery?
A: Yes!
Q: Does The Grocery Guy shop at stores other than grocery stores?
A: Yes! We will go to any store you would normally go to, such as: Pharmacies,
Health food stores, Sams Club, Costco, etc.
Q: Does The Grocery Guy run personal errands?
A: Yes! Pharmacy pick up, Dry cleaners, Post Office, Package drops & delivery.
Q: Will The Grocery Guy deliver groceries for someone in the Grand Rapids area if I live out of town?
